AZ Alkmaar manager Gertjan Verbeek suggests that promising midfielder Adam Maher would flourish at a club like Arsenal.
The 19-year old midfielder is attracting the attentions of the Gunners, as well as Manchester City, and although hesitant to sell, Verbeek knows he would become a top quality player in the Premier League.
"I think Arsenal is a perfect club for him. With Arsene Wenger, who worked with young talents like him before," he told Studio Voetbal.
"He can get the most out of himself at Arsenal. Look at Robin van Persie, he joined Arsenal at a young age and look what he achieved."
