Atletico Madrid are set to revive their interest in Boca Juniors midfielder Juan Roman Riquelme.

Atletico went well down the road of signing Riquelme last year, only to pull out of negotiations at the eleventh hour.

However, the former Villarreal midfielder is back in Atletico's sights, as coach Javier Aguirre revealed yesterday: "Riquelme is a name on our list."
