Palermo boss Beppe Iachini hailed Paulo Dybala after his wonder goal in their 2-2 draw with Torino.
Dybala has confirmed interest from Arsenal in recent days.
"I'd love to keep him, as he can still improve and it's our job to help our young players grow," said Iachini.
"He's like a mix between Pepito Rossi and Vincenzo Montella, those quality left-footed strikers who can play for the team and take men on. He has made this role his own and gets better the closer he is to the goal.
"I focus on my work, which is to organise the team, give them the right mentality and play an always attacking style of football. I try to design the right 'outfit' to suit these players and am proud of the work I've done over my career."
