Arsenal hero Martin Keown feels David Moyes' tinkering is hurting the development of Manchester United defender Chris Smalling.
Keown wrote in the Daily Mail: "I think Chris Smalling is a future United centre half, but he is used as a utility man. If you keep moving players it's as if you don't take them 100 per cent seriously to play in their best position, but if you give players a long run in a position they feel that trust, grow in stature and improve in their performances."
