Arsenal attacker Lukas Podolski won't rule out a January move to Inter Milan.
Inter chief Piero Ausilio is hoping to tie up a deal for the Germany international this week.
Podolski told Super Express: "A transfer? I have to explain this well. I'm not young any more and I cannot afford to wait for a chance on the bench. I'm 29 and my thought is just to play.
"I'm not crazy, I do not want to continue my career in the stands. What else can I do to give respect to Arsenal? I scored in the Champions League and ended up on the bench.
"I do not know what I have to show. In the coming days I will speak with the club and will clarify their position towards me.
"Inter? Currently there is nothing for granted, first I have to talk to Arsenal and understand their will."
