USA striker Juan Agudelo is still disappointed being blocked from moving to Stoke City.
Agudelo has rejoined New England Revolution after UK work permit problems prevented him from joining Stoke last year.
"I'm bummed out that it didn't work out," said in his first press conference back in the States.
He added: "It's really unfortunate that rules exist to prevent a club from signing the player they want.
"But everyone moves forward. I'm excited to come back to a team that I'm familiar with. I love the chemistry and the guys here.
"I don't regret any decision I made or anything that happened.
"I'm just looking forward to coming to New England and doing what I can to get back into that rhythm that I had when I left."
