AEK Athens have made contact with Juventus about a January deal for Sergio Almiron.
The Argentine, who moved to Juve in the summer from Empoli for £6 million, has struggled to make an impact for the Bianconeri this season.
AEK are willing to offer £5 million to take Almiron to Greece when the market reopens.
