Real Madrid have a deal in place for Tottenham ace Luka Modric, it has been revealed. The Daily Mail says the Croatian will leave Tottenham and England. Despite interest from Manchester United, it is all but agreed that he is to play his football with Jose Mourinho next season at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Talks have progressed with Tottenham looking for a fee of around £32m for the 26-year-old and the player is expected to get £5m a season.

The Daily Mail is now reporting the transfer has a 100 per cent chance of happening.
