West Bromwich Albion boss Tony Pulis is calm over their off contract players.
Gareth McAuley is out of contract whilst James Morrison, Stephane Sessegnon, Jonas Olsson and Victor Anichebe all have just next season on their deals.
"It's brilliant," he said.
"I'm not a great believer that players should be given long contracts. I just think there is the opportunity for the player to play really well and get a better contract.
"And if he doesn't get a better contract someone else will come in and get him. or the players who are not pulling their weight and have dropped off a little bit, you can move them on."
