Chelsea captain John Terry is planning on going after Ron Harris' club appearance record.
The Blues veteran signed a new one-year deal with the west London outfit on Thursday and is now looking to add to his 661 appearances and draw ground on Stamford Bridge legend Harris who amassed 795 during his career.
?"I didn't think it was possible. I'm not sure now. It's still a long way," Terry told Chelsea TV.
?"Lamps (Frank Lampard) is not here any more. It's down to me to hopefully stay fit, stay in the team and hopefully there will be more contracts to enable me to get closer."?
