Former Stoke City boss Tony Pulis admits he wasn't keen on the Sunderland job.

Pulis was shown the door by Stoke at the end of last season.

Speaking on talkSPORT, Pulis said of the Sunderland vacancy: "I'm not so sure that would have suited me. It's something I have to feel is right for me in lots of ways.

"But Sunderland is going to be a great job and whoever gets it, good luck to them."
