Fulham striker Pavel Pogrebynak is ready to sign long-term.
After snapping up former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho's old apartment, the 28-year-old, who scored five goals in his first three games, said his future in west London is as safe as houses.
"I like my life in London very much and I think the chances are sufficiently good that I will stay in England," he told Russian website Tden.
"Myself, the manager and the directors are in agreement about my future.
"I have bought somewhere to live. Jose Mourinho lived there before.
"Branislav Ivanovic, Ramires and Frank Lampard from Chelsea live in my neighbourhood, as well as the players of Fulham."
