Paulinho is ready to leave Livorno.
The striker netted 15 times for the Granata in Serie A last season.
"At the moment, there is still nothing concrete," Eugenio Ascari told TuttoUdinese.
"I've read in the newspapers about the interest from Torino, Udinese and Palermo - I'm delighted to hear those rumours.
"But only when there's something concrete will I comment properly. Every day there is new rumour, but we're still early in the transfer window.
"I think Livorno will only accept between 9m-10m, so therefore it'll be tough for an Italian club to get him.
"I'm 95 per cent sure that he'll go abroad."
