Napoli are moving for Manchester City midfielder Javi Garcia.
The Spaniard is being made available by City due to the Premier League's foreign quota laws.
Javi Garcia's agent is Manuel Garcia Quilon, who also represents Napoli coach Rafa Benitez.
Benitez is in the market for a new midfielder and is ready to bring Javi Garcia to the San Paolo.
