Blaise Matuidi is holding off signing a new deal at PSG.
The Daily Mail says Matuidi had agreed a new contract in principle with PSG but is understood to be holding off signing it as Manchester City and Arsenal show interest.
The France midfielder refused to rule out moving away from PSG earlier this week.
