Manchester United midfielder Paul Scholes admits the Manchester derby is now huge in his football calendar.
For Scholes - the goal-scoring hero for United at Eastlands the last time the teams met in April - it's the one game that turns him into a kid again.
"The derby still gets me going like no other game" said Scholes, 36 next week.
"There's no bigger club game than the derby and I'd go as far as to say it's probably the biggest game in English football right now especially with the way City have been spending money to try to break into the top four.
"Because of where City are now it's a massive game for both teams and one we will both want to win, not only for ourselves but for the fans.
"It's always been a big game even when City weren't challenging the top teams like they are now. And over the years it's been one we have always been expected to win.
"Because of our record of winning trophies the expectation has always been on us but maybe now people will fancy City because they have spent so much money buying new players.
"So we know it will be difficult going to their place but we will promise our fans we will give it a go and hopefully get the right result."
