Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson is expected to axe David de Gea for their clash with Newcastle United.
The Daily Star says De Gea looks set to be dropped on Wednesday to make way for rival Anders Lindegaard.
De Gea's mistake gifted Blackburn their winner. The £20m Spaniard was recalled for the game, despite Lindegaard keeping successive clean sheets against Fulham and Wigan.
