Manchester City boss Mark Hughes expects victory against UEFA Cup opponents EB/Streymur tonight.
"There is the concern about complacency but I don't think that will be an issue.
"We are well into our preparations for the Premier League. Guys who will be involved tonight are playing for places and trying to get the shirt on the first day.
"I get the sense they want to impress and show what they can do."
If anything City should be better prepared than they were for their visit to the Faroes.
With two more weeks' intensive training behind them, they should not be found wanting in fitness. And the limited abilities of Streymur are well known to them now as well.
"The first leg was a trip into the unknown but we got the job done in a professional manner," said Hughes.
"We are two weeks further down the line in fitness terms, so that is not a concern either."
