Seb Larsson was named Sunderland's Player of the Season Sunderland Supporters' Association awards night on Tuesday.

The Swedish midfielder was voted as the Black Cats' best by the fans ahead of midfielder Lee Cattermole and goalkeeper Costel Pantilimon.

Striker Connor Wickham - Sunderland's joint top-scorer with six goals - was named the Young Player of the Season.

29-year-old Sweden international Larsson has started 33 of Sunderland's 35 Premier League games this season and scored three goals.
