Younes Kaboul insists he's not unsettled at Tottenham.

"The new coach likes to make more changes in the centre of defence," Kaboul told L'Equipe. "I would appreciate it if he explained to me why I am playing less as it has been difficult having to start again from scratch.

"This is the first time I have experienced a situation like this, but it has helped to make me stronger and has improved me as a player.

"To be able to play at the top level you have to be able to question yourself and I refuse to give up.

"I know that I am capable of performing at a high standard and I am in a confident frame of mind. I know that I can sort out the problems.

"Anyway, I am happy that at just 22-years-old I have been part of the starting XI for the whole of the first part of the season."
