Juventus GM Beppe Marotta has told Inter Milan to forget about Sebastian Giovinco.
Parma have confirmed that Inter are interested in Giovinco, who is currently co-owned by the Ducali and Juve.
"I can't understand how a club can make enquiries after a player who is owned by us and another club. It is breaking the rules," slammed Marotta on Sky Sport Italia.
"In any case, we believe that our strong rapport with Parma can help us reach a positive conclusion to the negotiations."
