Former Argentina coach Alejandro Sabella has claimed he's been approached by Manchester City. Sabella is wanted by Sao Paulo, but he's asked for two weeks to consider their offer, as he has also been talking to City.
City boss Manuel Pellegrini is coming under serious scrutiny - this week Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has also been linked with the Blues job, says the Manchester Evening News.
Sabella is reported in Brazil to have asked if he can give Sao Paulo a decision a week on Friday, after being invited to take their post, as he is still in talks with City.
He spent part of his playing career in England, spending three years at Sheffield United (1978-80) and one at Leeds (1980-81).
