Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech says winning the Premier League title tomorrow at Stamford Bridge would be "perfect".

Chelsea need a point against Crystal Palace to be confirmed as champions.

Cech said: "It's definitely better to win it at home because it's like the icing on the cake.

"We have a chance to win the trophy on Sunday and it would be the perfect way. The best way to win it is when you win your home game and after that you know you're there."
