AS Roma chief Mauro Baldissoni concedes jobs are on the line as the team struggles for form.

Baldissoni says it's not only coach Rudi Garcia's future which is at risk.

"Garcia's future? There's no point in talking about that now, we are all at risk," he said.

"On January 6 we were second and only one point away from Juve. We were also competing in the Champions League.

"That was the team we'd built. After that, Roma experienced an involution, in their game as much as in their results.

"We expect to go back to those levels quickly. There's no point in talking about injuries and difficulties.

"It's insufficient to analyse the reasons [behind the crisis]. It's time to find the solutions. Now we must win at all costs."
