Manchester United co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe is seeking to sell Nice.
The Independent says Ratcliffe aims to sell Nice, as UEFA rules will be much stricter from 2025/26. As it stands, his two clubs are clear to compete in UEFA competition next season.

In addition, Ratcliffe wants to fully focus on United. The British billionaire had for years the ambition to become involved with the club he has been a fan of all his life.
However, the collapse of the Ligue 1 TV market is a possible problem for Nice's sale.
The French league has still not found a TV partner for the coming season and a number of clubs are therefore experiencing financial problems.
