Bayern Munich boss Vincent Kompany was on the radar of three Premier League clubs this summer.
The Belgian saw his Burnley team relegated from the Premier League this past season.

However, he is now at one of the top clubs in Europe, replacing Thomas Tuchel in Bavaria.
Speaking to Belgian outlet La Derniere Heure, Pierre Kompany spoke about his son’s move to Bayern.
He said: "It was a surprise to the whole world. Well, not for me.
"If you look at which teams have already come knocking: last year you had Tottenham and Chelsea, now Brighton showed interest, and Chelsea again.
"But when Bayern, a club that is so well structured at all levels, comes knocking, you don't refuse."
