Unless they can sell players or generate revenue through another method, they may face a points penalty next season.
Per The Telegraph, Morgan Gibbs-White is one who Forest may have to sell if they are to comply with the regulations.
They state that Forest must raise £20 million before the end of the month in transfer fees.
Winger Callum Hudson-Odoi is another who could be sold, as he had an impressive end to last season.
