But Sport says Williams only has his sights set on Barcelona. The 21-year-old is ready to reject all offers this summer to wait for Barca to come calling.
Indeed, Williams would be ready to wait until next summer, if Barcelona lack the finances to sign him this year.
His contract with Athletic Bilbao runs until the summer of 2027.
