Burnley assistant manager Craig Bellamy will take temporary charge of the train in the summer.
The former Wales winger has been put in place after Vincent Kompany departed for Bayern Munich.

Bellamy was Kompany's assistant, but did not join him on his German adventure.
Burnley have appointed Bellamy as a stop gap measure, as they seek out a new manager.
Burnley said: "We have complete faith in Craig and Mike and believe their extensive experience and deep understanding of the club make them the perfect candidates to lead the team at this important time."
Ex-Chelsea and Everton boss Frank Lampard and Scott Parker are the two prime candidates.
