West Ham midfielder Nikola Vlasic is excited joining Torino.

Vlasic has signed on a season-long loan with an option to buy.

He said, "I'm happy to be in this great club and I can't wait to get to know the team, to train with my teammates.

"I am a hard worker, I like to train a lot and I always give 100% on the pitch. I know that Toro is a club where you have to give everything and I do exactly that."

"I wanted to play in a league like Serie A and playing for Torino with an excellent coach. I put the pieces of the puzzle together and I think I made the right choice for me."

On coach Ivan Juric, Vlasic added: "We've met before. He's a great coach and everyone respects him in Croatia. Then we're from the same city, so there's a good connection between us."
