Tottenham are set to beat Manchester United for Standard Liege youngster Jose-Paul Mpoku.
The Congo-born midfielder has agreed a deal with Spurs, according to Belgian sources. Tottenham are still to settle on a compensation package with Standard for the 16 year-old.
