Santos deny they have granted Barcelona first refusal on Neymar and Ganso.
Barca have agreed to send striker Keirrison on-loan to Santos for 12 months, but the Brazilians insist there is no agreement to give them an option on their star duo.
Santos chief Paulo Jamelli said: "The negotiations do not include the option of priority in the purchase of the federative rights of any current player of Santos."
