Southampton striker Jay Rodriguez says teammate Luke Shaw can handle the pressure of a World Cup campaign with England.
Rodriguez has no worries about his team-mate coping with the pressure.
He said: "He'll cope. Ever since I have known him he's taken everything in his stride. He's a nice lad, down to earth and very grounded.
"I think sometimes he doesn't really know how good he is and that's the beauty of it really because he's an unbelievable player.
"He's just got to work hard now so he's ready for when his chance in the team does comes along. I don't think he'll disappoint. He's kept on improving this season and he's keep that going in Brazil."
