Real Sociedad are hoping to tie up a deal for Nacho Monreal from Arsenal.

The Gunners are prepared to let the 33-year-old left back leave, given the arrival of Kieran Tierney from Celtic.

The Daily Express says Sociedad want the deal agreed quickly so they can have the player train with them during the week.

It is unclear if Monreal is prepared to leave Arsenal, where he is not guaranteed a starting position.
