Miguel Angel Nadal is joining Michael Laudrup's backroom team at Real Mallorca.
Former Real Madrid and Barcelona star Laudrup was unveiled as new coach of Mallorca on the weekend.
Laudrup's former Barca teammate Nadal will become his assistant coach and could be appointed this week.
Nadal is returning to Spain today after supporting his kid brother Rafael at Wimbledon in London.
