Real Betis are eyeing Rennes fullback Faitout Maouassa.

The 21 year-old left-back has shone on-loan this season with Nimes and caught the eye of Betis scouts, reports Estadio Deportivo.

Betis are ready to open talks with Rennes about a fee for Maouassa ahead of the summer market.

A France U20 international, Maouassa can play anywhere on the left flank.

His deal with Rennes runs to 2021.
