Nottingham Forest boss Nuno upset with points penalty uncertainty

Nottingham Forest boss Nuno Espirito Santo is unimpressed with the Premier League.

The Portuguese manager took over at the club midway through the season after Steve Cooper lost his job.

However, Nuno has had to contend with points deductions for Forest and a second one for Everton impacting the relegation battle.

“That's a lot of uncertainty, an appeal going on, we're still waiting," Nuno told reporters this week.

“There's nothing much to say about that, let's focus on what we have to focus on and wait.

“I never experienced this situation, none of us have experienced this before. It's a mess.

“So much is going on, we cannot clearly know what is going to happen. Let's wait. Me and the players are only focused on our task.

“We have played since this issue came around. It's always there. What we try is to put it away from our focus and pay attention to things we can control. But it is there.

“We are talking about this. We read. The players know. The fans are aware. What we expect is sooner than later the final decision so we can finish the season and see what is happening."
