Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal admits their 5-3 defeat at Leicester City is something new for him.
Van Gaal said in his 25 years in the profession, he has only once experienced a game like that. In 1998, his Barcelona side were 3-0 up against Valencia with a quarter of the game to play, before losing 4-3.
"That was also with a top club," said van Gaal. "You never expect that. When you are two goals ahead, for the second time, you have to kill the game and kill possession. But we could not do that.
"Then, of course, we gave it away with penalties and you cannot win a game anymore when you do that."
