Liverpool forward Diogo Jota has spoken out after learning that he will miss the World Cup.
The Portuguese attacker will be very lucky to take any part in the winter tournament with his national team.
Jota suffered a serious calf injury during the last minute of his side's 1-0 win over Manchester City at the weekend.
Manager Jurgen Klopp confirmed the “sad" news that Jota would not make it in time for the World Cup.
"After such a good night at Anfield mine ended in the worst way! In the last minute one of my dreams collapsed," Jota said on Twitter to his fans.
"I will be one more supporting from the outside, club and country, and fighting to be back as soon as possible. You'll Never Walk Alone."
