Lentini: Monza and Galliani helped me rediscovered enthusiasm for football

Former AC Milan and Torino star Gianluigi Lentini admits he's rediscovered his love of football at Monza.

Former Milan GM Adriano Galliani has brought in Lentini as a scout at Monza.

He told La Repubbica: "I rediscovered football after being away from it for a long time.

"I do scouting in Piedmont for dottor Galliani's Monza, who has always been close to me. I like going to watch kids' games, looking to see if there are any hidden gems among them. I've always liked the pitch in football, but not the rest.

"I didn't prepare for the aftermath because it wasn't part of me.

"I don't like chatting, having my say on everything. I live my life as a normal person, I try to stay fit in the gym. I don't like fancy things. At the end of my career I continued to play a bit with the amateurs, then I had a motorbike accident and hurt my knee: finished."
