Leicester City fullback Ricardo Pereira is not setting a date on his return from injury.

The Portugal international underwent surgery on an ACL injury in March, and he is committed to taking his time in rehabilitation.

He told Portuguese outlet MaisFutebol: "The recovery is going very well.

"The worst has gone. I've started walking normally, moving.

"I'm in the phase of starting to gain muscle and control in my leg. I notice that every day I am better, gaining strength, and my leg is taking shape. It was getting thin."

"There is a lot of time. I have no prediction, I think it will be step by step."
