Inter Milan coach Simone Inzaghi praised goalscorer Hakan Calhanoglu for yesterday's 3-0 win against Torino.

Marcus Thuram and Lautaro Martinez also struck as Inter cruised to the triumph.

Inzaghi said, "Very important, we talked about it in recent days and we knew it. The boys sacrificed themselves, we only took a risk on a header in the first half and little else. We won an important match for our continuation.

"Calhanoglu can absolutely play as a second striker. A situation that we are facing in an emergency and that I can implement from game to game.

"Clearly after the break against Torino it wasn't easy. We found a healthy team, even if with some absences. They stood up to us and then we won.

On the impact of Denzel Dumfries and Davide Frattesi, he added: "They must always be like this. I'm lucky enough to be able to make these changes. The rotations that must be important between now and the end of the season are an added value for us."
