Will Hughes was delighted with how the team responded to adversity at Craven Cottage.
Watford were struggling in the first half, with the scores level. However, they managed three goals in the second half to win 4-1.
Hughes says Fulham were tough to break down in the first half, but is glad his teammates stepped it up after the interval.
"We were disappointing in the first-half," said Hughes to reporters after the game.
"Credit to Fulham, they did a good job and passed the ball nicely, we had to shake it up at half-time.
"We went man for man, matched them up and we ran over them in the second-half and credit to the boys for stepping up."
