Cody Gakpo says Liverpool players are happy for Diogo Jota after his goals in victory at Leeds.

Jota's brace were his first goals since his return from injury.

"I think everybody was really happy for [Jota]," Gakpo told liverpoolfc.com. "He deserved it.

"He's working really hard in every game when he plays for the team. Eventually he got the two goals, so I'm really happy for him.

"I think we have a lot of options in the front three positions and I think it makes it even better for us to show [in] every game what you can do.

"Eventually, you have to do it together. So I think if we combine our strengths together, we have a good front three, or front six because we have a lot of options."
