Sepp Blatter will travel to the USA to attend the CONCACAF Gold Cup in July.
Reports suggest that FIFA have confirmed Blatter's presence for the Central and North America tournament which takes place in both the US and Canada from July 7 to 26.
Blatter, who was re-elected for a fifth term as FIFA president last week, was reported to be avoiding the US following the recent corruption charges against former CONCACAF leaders.
However, it has been revealed to Sky Sports News HQ that Blatter will indeed head to the US to attend the tournament.
The 2015 CONCACAF Gold Cup is made up of three groups consisting of the US, Panama, Haiti and Honduras in Group A; Costa Rica, El Salvador, Jamaica and co-hosts Canada in Group B; and Mexico, Guatemala, Trinidad and Tobago and Cuba in Group C.
