Former Manchester City attacker Leroy Sane has been dropped by Bayern Munich coach Julian Nagelsmann.
The winger, 26, was named on the bench for the last two matches despite being a regular for much of the season.
Nagelsmann revealed he was left out of the starting line-up for the top of the table clash with Bayer Leverkusen due to tactical reasons.
But Sane also missed out against Eintracht Frankfurt a week before, and it remains to be seen whether he will start against RB Salzburg in the Champions League on Tuesday.
The tie is finely poised after a 1-1 draw in Austria - with Kingsley Coman grabbing a 90-minute equaliser.
That means Coman could start ahead of Sane, who has failed to impress in training with the reserves.
