Former Inter Milan fullback Francesco Coco has slammed club owner Erick Thohir.
Coco also played for city rivals AC Milan.
"On an economic level, both teams don't invest like the big clubs most of the time," Coco told SocialCalcioNews.
"For Milan, I think it's up to Berlusconi. He keeps on saying that he wants the best for Milan, but he doesn't want to make any more investments, and at the same time, he doesn't want to sell.
"As for Inter, Moratti sold [the club] due to financial difficulties. Thohir knows nothing about the world of football and is struggling to understand how to run a football team."
