Diogo Jota says Liverpool's players can feel the confidence returning after victory over Nottingham Forest.
Jota struck twice as the Reds won 3-2.
He said, "It gives confidence to the team. We believe in what we are doing and against Arsenal the win was there for us in the end but unfortunately we could not take it. But it's two in a row already and this is the only way we can fight to be in the highest position in the table.
"They scored two, they had more chances as well, but in the end we got the win – that is the most important thing."
Mohamed Salah scored the winner to make him the club's joint-sixth all-time goalscorers.
Jota also told liverpoolfc.com: "His scoring record is incredible! Even today I was telling Fabinho on the bench he always finds a way to score… he just finds a way every single time and that is why he is so important."
