Christian Fuchs weighing up Leicester future

Christian Fuchs is weighing up his future at Leicester City.

The Leicester Mercury says Fuchs is still to make a decision over his Leicester City future and is contemplating a permanent move to New York.

The veteran left-back is wanted for another year by City and manager Brendan Rodgers after his impressive performances as Ben Chilwell's back-up.

However, if Fuchs was to remain at the King Power Stadium, he would be entering a sixth season at the club, double his original intention.

When Fuchs joined from Schalke, he had plans to leave after just three years before continuing his career in New York, where his wife and children live permanently.

The Austrian, who celebrated his 34th birthday last week, has admitted that he is undecided over his future because of how much he misses his family.
