Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is aiming for a clean sweep this season.

Cesc Fabregas admits Mourinho brought his squad together in September to tell them they were going for THE LOT.

"It didn't take long to see that the manager is a winner," said Fabregas, who was signed in June from Barcelona.

"He wants to win every ­competition that he is up for. He has already told us he wants to win this trophy. It is the first trophy of the season and he wants it."

Chelsea meet Derby County in the Capital One Cup this week.

"He will put out the best team possible to win the game," said Fabregas. "I am sure of that."
